We are a multi-disciplinary team of highly skilled and experienced professionals. Our team is comprised of nurses, physiotherapist, general practitioners, CBT therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists working with adolescence and adults. We offer a range of services for individuals,couples, groups and corporations. Our services include; individual, couples, and group Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfullness based interventions, holistic therapies, mental and physical health monitoring, psychiatric assessments, ergonomics for posture and movement, life coaching, and team development for effective team working to create an environment for growth and personal development. We also provide clinical supervision and training for trainee and qualified CBT therapists. Additionally we offer academic research supervision for trainees and those undertaking research.
